Please note that you can register online or manually via Momentos (directly via email) once you have transferred the relevant amount into the account listed bank account below. You will receive a written confirmation directly afterwards. Select the appropriate button below.

Fees and Accommodation Details

The registration fees mentioned above include participation in scientific sessions and documents related to the congress, excluding % 20 VAT.

Meeting Package Includes,

• Meeting package excludes %20 VAT.

Each participants need to pay meeting package fee in addition to the registration fee if they are not accommodating at the hotel. Participants without Meeting Package will not be accepted to the meeting venue.

EXTERNAL PARTICIPATION (participation without accommodation) *

All accommodation bookings should be done through MOMENTOS Event. In case you are not staying in meeting hotel or didn’t make the booking through MOMENTOS Event, a fee of 350 Euros + VAT (9.000 TL) for 3 days for external participation (participation without accommodation) will be added to the registration fee.

Since it won’t be possible to enter into the hotel without paying the participation accommodation fee, we kindly request you to carry out your payment with your registration.

Hotel accommodation package includes;
2-day accommodation (14 December 2023 check-in, 16 December 2023 check-out) and buffet breakfast. VAT will be added to the package price. 

Accommodation package is self payment.

All participants must pay their accommodaiton fees by themself.

Meeting Package fee will be applied for the participants who do not use accommodation..

Accommodation package fee must be deposited to the account number specified below and the payment document must be sent to the Momentos by e-mail mustafa@momentosevent.com.

Transfer rates exclude % 20 VAT.
MOMENTOS Event reserves the right to change the fee if any changes arise in the taxes and charges.

Offline registration

All registration fees are required to be transferred to the below stated bank account of MOMENTOS Event before the meeting.

Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make change on the registration in case of incomplete payment.
